<p>You can choose to be happy. Following are several ways in which you may do this.</p>
<p>Be grateful. Thank the taxi driver for driving you safely, the chef for a great meal, God for all his blessings. Be grateful for little things and bigger things would start looking up. Furthermore, laugh as much as you can. If have encounter a humorous situation, share it with others. Express your emotion as much as you can. Let it all out. This would prompt similar reactions from others, making you and others feel cared for and special.</p>
<p>Talking about feeling special, you may supercharge this feeling by working your heart out. This would increase your sense of achievement and self esteem as well. However, be sure to work on things you deem are worthy of your effort.<br />
