Such a negative outlook makes it more difficult for people to manage such challenges and then move ahead.
Through the practice of positive thinking, people who have ADD get to concentrate on their accomplishments and strengths, which increase motivation and happiness. 1. Take Care of Your Entire Self
It would be much easier to remain positive if you eat well, exercise, and get enough rest.
2. Constantly Remind Yourself of Things to be Grateful for
Challenges and stresses aren’t as bad if you always remind yourself of things which make life right. Take a minute per day to stop and take in every good thing in life to make a big difference.
3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Fears of not being accepted or liked sometimes lead people to assume that they know what other people are thinking; however, our fears are hardly ever the reality. If you fear that friends or family members’ bad moods are because of something you have done or that co-workers are gossiping about you behind your back, actually speak up and then ask them about it. Do not waste your time worrying whether you actually did something wrong without having proof of having to worry.
4. Stay Away from Absolutes
Do you always say things like “You always show up late” or “You never do as you’re told”? Speaking and thinking in absolutes such as ‘always’ or ‘never’ only makes situations worse than they are and programs the brain into thinking that particular people cannot deliver certain things.
5. Stay Away from Negative Thoughts
Thoughts cannot hold power over you as long as no judgments are made. If you realize that you are thinking negatively, detach yourself and witness it, but do not follow it.

To actually know what you need to do would be the overall basics when it comes to productivity; however, having steady minds and interacting actually makes up the whole thing when it comes to real productivity. There are people who seem like they work well under pressure; however, they are uncommon since people are imperfect and human.
